PrintWith ImageWithout ImageChristmas Cranberry CocktailAuthor: The Treehouse + CoIngredients3/4 cup Cranberry juice (recommend not from concentrate and unsweetened)1/2 cup Vodka1/4 cup Triple Sec1/4 cup of Rosemary Simple Syrup (below)Bottle of Prosecco or Champagne (Chill ahead of time)InstructionsIn a pitcher, pour Vodka, Triple Sec, Cranberry juice, Rosemary Simple Syrup - Stir until all ingredients, especially syrup, is mixed well. Pour the bottle of Prosecco or Champagne into the mixture. Stir again. Chill until ready to serve. Make sure to give it a little stir before pouring it into your prepared Champagne flute with garnishes.Small Batch Rosemary Simple Syrup1/2 cup of sugar (white or brown sugar)1/2 cup of water3 rosemary sprigsUsing a small pan add sugar, water and rosemary springs. Bring to a boil. Then simmer for 5-6 minutes. Let cool.
