Nothing like fresh caught rainbow trout baked with almonds, rosemary, and orange peels.

INGREDIENTS

  • 2 boneless rainbow trout filets (or any fish)

  • 2 tablespoon of olive oil

  • 2 - 3 tablespoon of The Treehouse + Co Candied Almond Rub

INSTRUCTIONS

  • Pre-heat the oven to 400°.

  • Place tin foil on a baking sheet.

  • Place the filets on the foiled sheet, skin side down.

  • Using a tablespoon of oil, coat each filet.

  • Cover each filet with the rub.

  • Cook until flaky and opaque, about 8-10 minutes.
