Nothing like fresh caught rainbow trout baked with almonds, rosemary, and orange peels.
INGREDIENTS
2 boneless rainbow trout filets (or any fish)
2 tablespoon of olive oil
2 - 3 tablespoon of The Treehouse + Co Candied Almond Rub
INSTRUCTIONS
Pre-heat the oven to 400°.
Place tin foil on a baking sheet.
Place the filets on the foiled sheet, skin side down.
Using a tablespoon of oil, coat each filet.
Cover each filet with the rub.
Cook until flaky and opaque, about 8-10 minutes.
